The deadline for registering for the Hawai’i Island ‘Ukulele Retreat at the Early Bird pricing level will end Saturday evening at midnight! After that, all registration fees will go up 5 – 10%.
If you’ve been putting it off, this would be a great time to jump on board and join us in Hawai’i, at the lovely Kohala Village Inn, October 15 – 21, for the time of your life.
We have an exceptional staff joining us this year and will be offering an expanded selection of workshops in everything from lap steel guitar (taught by Gerald Ross and Konabob) to hula and mele pana (taught by Lady Ipo) with a little Hawaiian story telling (with Kaliko Beamer Trapp, left) thrown in for good measure. And that, of course, is in addition to a wonderful array of ‘ukulele classes and workshops for players of all skill levels with Kaliko, Gerald, Lady Ipo, Kevin Carroll, and Brad Bordessa.
And don’t forget all the fun and informative “extra-curricular” activities we’ve become known for: the Hawaiian beach barbecue, cultural tours, star gazing with a Polynesian navigator, afternoon swim & snorkel at Mahukona, optional outrigger canoeing, late night kanikapila, Battle of the ‘Ukulele Bands, and more.
Plus there are flume rides, atv tours, the local farmer’s market and absolutely the best Lilikoi Mai Tais in the islands just across the street at Bamboo!
So what are you waiting for?
We have still have rooms available in all categories (single, double, and king), and the earlier you register, the better chance you have of getting the option you want.
The Islands are calling you!
Remember, if you wait until Sunday to register, you’ll pay 5 to 10% more!
